CBGDA is a database and resource dedicated to the key host genes involved in the pathogenesis of different diseases identified through genome-wide CRISPR screens. The database contains various types of information manually collected and organized from more than a thousand articles, including gene information, disease information, gene-disease association information, variant site information, and information on compounds targeting genes or diseases.
CBGDA contains more than two hundred disease-related genes screened based on genome-wide CRISPR as well as more than forty related diseases, and it also integrates the expression of different genes in pan-cancer and non-cancer diseases, as well as four different enrichment tools for users. We hope to provide researchers with ideas for studying gene-disease relationships from a more rigorous perspective.
